All the costs must be paid by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer Remittance). After you and Brash Boy JDM Trading agree on a deal, we would like you to transfer the money into our bank account.

After we receive your money, we will
1) Start puchasing for your desired vehicle.
2) Start tunig up and modification service for our shop.
3) Make an arrangement for the shipping.

Please make a full payment before the shipping if needed. Once we have received confirmation of your full payment and your vehicle is ready to be shipped, we will arrange the shipment.
If you wonder about cost of a shipment, please contact us the section called "Freight Fee".

Basic marine insurance is included in the shipping price. Please let us know if you want more cover for your shipped vehicles.

We will fax a copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading) to you. As well, the original B/L, invoice and other necessary documents will be sent to you by an express mail.

After the auto auctions or used auto shop, we usually take our customer's vehicles to our office and check to see if there are any faults. We change and tune parts if needed. After the vehicle is set, we make sure to clean off any soils and dust prior to shipping. The cleaning is one of important processes because a vehicle with soil or dust would be charged an extra fee to clean off at the customs in some countries. We try to avoid any extra works and charges you may need to pay when you pick up your vehicles. Those services are included in our FOB (Free on Board) price.

We show all vehicles to our mechanic for inspection, reconditioning (basic service) and even repairs if required.

The question is whether you would like a vehicle in very good shape which will probably trouble. Please see the inspection lists for inspection that is done on all of our vehicles.

We completely fix any leaks when they are found. Basic service lists to be done at our service shop.

* Most Japanese used vehicle exporters take a car to the dock directly from an auto auctions or used auto shop without any inspection and reconditioning. As a result, we have heard of troubles occurring in these vehicles upon arrival in the importing country, and sometimes not passing customs regulations due to these problems.
